Art Prints by C L Swanner

Cassandra Swanner has been drawing for 26 years and teaching local art classes for 6 years. She enjoys drawing because it is very portable and offers a level of control and precision that is hard to attain with other art media. Her favorite subject matter is nature because she views God as the Master Artist of creation and loves studying His handiwork and trying to produce even a hint of that wonder in her drawings. She is also fascinated by color and the way good shading (and highlighting) can really make an object jump off the page.

Located in the panhandle of Florida and working mainly with Prismacolor soft core colored pencils, various pastels, and watercolors, Cassandra presents some of her favorite art pieces. She has prints, pendants, and snap jewelry items available locally at A Special Place, located on Hwy 87 in the Sand Dollar Plaza in Navarre, FL. She also hopes to eventually open her own online shop. She currently has her favorite pieces available online at, you can order her drawings in the form of canvas prints, framed prints, iphone cases, coffee mugs, and more. Handmade Stuffed Animals by Knitneys

Whitney Sims is a local wife and mother of two, that has turned her love for knitting stuffed animals for her two girls into a small business online.

Whitney decided to teach herself to knit while expecting her first daughter just three years ago. "Making my daughter something handmade was important to me and will be something that I hope that she could cherish for many years", Whitney explains. After knitting many animals for her daughter and posting the finished products on social media, she found that there were many of those wanting knitted stuffed animals of their own. From there, she decided to start up Knitney's. Since the beginning of 2016, Knitney's has acquired over 600 sales. If you would like to check out Knitney's, you can find this shop on Etsy or at
